All orders ship from The Netherlands. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, your product will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
